I have great news for you!!
I am the author of an upcoming Fitness book, coming out in 2014!
I have chosen to offer a program to you, as a test subject for my book. I already know my exercise program works and gives GREAT results, but am OFFERING A HUGE package, on a first-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 24 people in the group (13 spaces left at this time).

Hi Guys! I have recently created a fun and exciting group you should join, on www.meetup.com. My group is called Durham and Scarborough Fitness Goal Setters and Achievers! (though you can come from elsewhere) If you are not familiar yet with meetup, you should be! So many great social and fitness and business groups exist worldwide. My group meets regularly at meet and greet events, Trainer Jane workouts, or other social and / or fitness get togethers. There are perks to joining too! |

Yesterday was the CN Tower Stair Climb fundraiser for the World Wildlife Foundation. I wish I could tell you I did better than I did. On the good side, or actually great side, my legs did everything I asked of them; quads were great, calves never tightened, they didn't even tire. I have to assume my mistake was starting out too fast. I had a personal best time I wanted to beat, from a few years ago. I also knew it was a busier time of day, so I would have to pass people. |
